We want you to understand what you are buying. This Policy explains refunds for digital programs and studio packages sold by Detoxificationyo in the United States.
Digital programs
One-time digital purchases may qualify for a full refund within 14 days of purchase if you have completed fewer than two guided modules. Email info@detoxificationyo.world with your order confirmation.
Monthly subscriptions
Studio Plus and Guided plans bill monthly. You may cancel future billing anytime by contacting us before the next charge date. Fees already paid for the current month are non-refundable unless required by law or we fail to deliver purchased services.
Studio packages
Unused in-person sessions may be exchanged for another program tier within 30 days of purchase. Partially used packages may receive a prorated refund at our discretion.
Non-refundable items
- Completed digital modules beyond the refund threshold
- Downloaded materials after substantial access, where permitted by law
- Third-party fees (payment processing) when not recoverable
Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve the issue. Unwarranted chargebacks may result in account suspension.
Processing time
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 10 business days after confirmation.
State rights
Nothing in this Policy limits rights you may have under applicable state consumer protection laws.
